I gave this man two bags of food from 7-11 and he said:

"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

A young, unhealthy, shivering guy. I asked him to come in with me to buy him food at 7-11 and he said they don't allow him in. I asked him what he'd like and he listed a full shopping list. He was extremely grateful for a submarine, chocolate bars, milk, cereal, energy drink and potato chips.

January 31, 2018 - Corner of Cordova and Howe Streets, Vancouver

I gave this man a Turkey Panini from Blenz Cafe and he said

"Thank you very much. I appreciate that."

A young skinny bearded guy with a cardboard sign saying 'support your local underdog'.

January 19, 2018 - Main Street & 12th Avenue, Vancouver

I gave this man $10 Tim Hortons' gift card and he said:

"Thank you sir. God Bless."

An older gentleman, skinny, in the cold.
